TTS Marine ASA (TTS) refers to statement to Oslo Stock Exchange 28.08.06 regarding ”Heads of Agreement” between TTS and Umoe Industri as to acquisition of Umoe Schat-Harding.
As a consequence of the consecutive development in the TTS’ share holder structure, TTS has been informed by Umoe Industri that the acquisition of Umoe Schat-Harding will not be executed.
