In the ordinary general meeting 30.05.06 the board of directors got proxy to purchase up to 300 000 own shares, corresponding to 1,5% of the share capital.
TTS has bought 50 000 own shares. The purchase price for each share was NOK 44. TTS’ holdings of own shares after the purchase amount to 58 000.
The plan is that the shares will be sold to employees in TTS.
