Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 10.01.2011 regarding the subsequent offering of shares in TTS Group ASA.
One bondholder has converted 2,5 MNOK to 269 283 shares based on the rate 9.2839 per share.
The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 37,845,392.00 divided into 75,690,784 shares, has today been registered in the Norwegian Registry of
Business Enterprises.
