STATEMENT TO OSLO STOCK EXCHANGE
Through its subsidiary TTS Ships Equipment AB (TTS) in Gothenburg,
TTS Marine ASA has landed a contract worth approximately NOK 68m for the delivery of ships equipment for five ships. The delivery will be carried out from the beginning of 2005 towards the summer of 2006.
The contract with Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. Ltd. concerns five car carriers. The deliveries include the construction and supply of key components for RoRo systems such as internal car decks and ramps, as well as stern ramps for the loading and discharge of vehicles.
Since May 2003, the company has landed contracts for 19 car carriers in total, with a value of approximately NOK 320m. The signing of contracts is instrumental in positioning the company as the leading supplier of this type of equipment. There are positive prospects of landing more similar contracts.
