TTS Energy's Caustic Mixing Unit is a fully-transportable modular unit offering safe, controlled, dust-free mixing of caustic powders into liquid form. The unit is designed to reduce dust emissions as well as eliminate direct operator contact with the caustic materials in powder or liquid form.
The CMU cutting cabinet is an air-tight drawer used during cutting and emptying of sacks. A single air-powered double diaphragm pump is used both for circulation of powder and water and discharge of the finished caustic liquid.
