The TTS Energy’s dust cyclone is a simple cyclone-type separator which, when paired with the separate dust collector tank, provides one of the market’s most time and cost-effective bulk transfer dust handling systems available. The deceptively simple design of the cyclone separator does not detract from its high level of efficiency. Dusty air is directed into the cyclone where stray dust particles are rapidly separated and then stored in the collector tank. The clean air is discharged via an outlet at the top of the cyclone. The collector tank is quickly and easily emptied, and the valuable powder dust returned to the appropriate bulk storage tanks.
